Hi, I'm Mark, the founder and owner of Custom Room Apparel.
For several years, I enjoyed creating personalised clothing and gifts for friends and family. What started as a hobby soon became a genuine passion, and I eventually decided to turn something I loved doing into a career.
Before launching CRA, I spent over 18 years working in the automotive industry, specialising in luxury car sales and management. During that time, I developed a strong belief that exceptional customer service, attention to detail and a personal approach should be at the heart of every business.
When I created Custom Room Apparel, I wanted to combine those two passions: my love of creating personalised products and my commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
